Cancellation Policy

We love our members, and want them to be happy, that’s why we have created one of the most member-friendly cancellation policies. Within the first 24 hours of class enrollment, you can cancel with no penalties. If you run into any re-scheduling issues please feel free to contact us directly either via e-mail or text message. For unlimited membership enrollment please note that your card will be on file so we may process reoccurring monthly membership fee. If you decide to cancel please notify the gym 10 days in advance so we may process your cancellation request.
